“When you become comfortable with uncertainty, infinite possibilities open up in your life.”
– Eckhart Tolle
Amanda L. Matias, Esq.
Amanda Matias is an entrepreneur, attorney, and intuitive advisor who brings a unique blend of legal expertise, strategic vision, and soul-centered leadership to the clients and businesses she serves.
A native New Yorker, Amanda was raised with a deep respect for hard work, loyalty, and resilience—values that continue to shape her practice today. With a strong foundation in mergers & acquisitions and the e-commerce sector, she is a trusted advisor for entrepreneurs and growth-stage companies navigating complex transactions and business decisions. Amanda specializes in contracts and negotiations and has successfully led the negotiation and closing of multiple seven-figure deals, resolved high-stakes legal disputes, and structured innovative partnerships across a wide range of industries.
Amanda takes a holistic approach when analyzing her clients’ businesses—balancing legal strategy with business vision, energetic alignment, and practical execution. She tells it like it is, giving clients clear, honest advice so they can make fast, confident decisions. As a quick-start thinker herself, Amanda understands the pace and urgency of entrepreneurship and meets founders where they are—offering grounded guidance that protects their business while supporting their momentum.
Her experience spans both litigation and transactional work, from representing small businesses to multi-million-dollar corporations in court to advising on entity formation, strategic partnerships, franchising, and general corporate matters. Amanda also owns a real estate investment company and frequently counsels clients on creative deal structures, offering real-world insights that bridge business and law.
Amanda served on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Professional Network (WPN), a nonprofit dedicated to fostering authentic connections and community among women in business. Building on that foundation, she co-founded and now serves as Co-CEO of the Women’s Professional Collective (WPC)—a growing network currently based in Tampa Bay and scaling nationally with plans to expand by next year. WPC empowers female entrepreneurs and business leaders through strategic collaboration, mentorship, and professional development. Rooted in the belief that we rise together, both organizations reflect Amanda’s commitment to creating supportive ecosystems where women can grow, scale their businesses, and build lasting legacies.
Amanda is passionate about helping founders scale with intention, negotiate wisely, and ultimately exit with clarity and confidence. She thrives on helping entrepreneurs accomplish their goals and manifest their dreams into reality. For Amanda, building her legacy means helping others build theirs.
Clients often find that Amanda’s approach goes beyond traditional legal counsel. She brings presence, intuition, and energetic awareness into her work, guiding clients to make decisions that feel not just legally sound—but aligned with their purpose. A lifelong seeker and healer, Amanda practices yoga, meditation, reiki, and energy work, and integrates these practices into her leadership style and client relationships.
As a modern, young force in the legal field, Amanda delivers fresh energy, practical wisdom, and deep care to every entrepreneur she supports. Whether guiding a founder through a major acquisition, advising on day-to-day operations, or helping someone bring their vision to life, Amanda is committed to being a powerful partner on the journey.
Outside of the office, Amanda loves traveling, hiking, and spending time in nature and with family and friends. She is a strong supporter of animal conservation, passionate about women’s empowerment, and has invested personal interest in cryptocurrency and emerging technologies that are reshaping how we build, invest, and connect.
